HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO BE READY?
Items are made to order. Typically, items placed by 10am on Tuesday will be ready by Friday afternoon. Now, sometimes stuff happens. Acts of God, stomach bugs, delivery delays, stuff like that. But we want you to have your shirt by game day so we try to power through.
HOW DO I GET MY ITEMS?
Pick up is at our warehouse located at 315 Serenoa Road, Unit C in Santa Rosa Beach. We will be adding a shipping option soon!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We like to call it a "Please pick your right size" Policy. Because every Bleacher Club item is made to order just for you, all sales are final. We don't keep a magical locker room full of extra sizes waiting on the sidelines. We will happily exchange an item if it arrives damaged or defective. Just contact us within 10 days of pickup so we can make it right. Quick recap: Made to order. All sales final. Damaged? We've got you—but tell us within 10 days.
